Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed on receipt of an advance payment or agreement via WhatsApp. Full payment is expected at check-in unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations 48+ hours before check-in: Full refund
• Cancellations within 48 hours: First night charged
• No-shows: Full booking amount charged

Special circumstances are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact us via WhatsApp.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: 12:00 PM (noon). Check-out: 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.

House Rules

• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside rooms — designated outdoor area available
• Guests are responsible for any damage to property
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Visitors must be registered at reception

Liability

Regal Mansion is not liable for loss of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room storage provided. All activities arranged (houseboat, kayaking etc.) are with reputable local operators — Regal Mansion facilitates but does not operate these services.
